Pet of the Week: Tiny Tina

Allow us to introduce Tiny Tina, our Pet of the Week!

This young girl came to us in late September thanks to a good Samaritan. Tiny Tina is just eight months old, and is still a bit shy and scared. She wasn’t around people much before she came to the Pet Adoption Center. Caregivers here have been working with Tiny Tina, and she’s quickly learning that people aren’t so scary after all!

Because of her shy nature, Tiny Tina is one of our “Bashful Blue” personality pets. She would do best in a calm, quiet home so that she can show her true colors once she gets comfortable in her new surroundings. Since she is nervous in new situations, her new family will need to take it slow and give her time to warm up. Thankfully, Tiny Tina is very food motivated and really enjoys chin scratches! Once she gets to know you, she will be a very devoted pal.

Tiny Tina is ready to dance her way into your heart – are you ready for her? She is litterbox trained, spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Since Tiny Tina is our Pet of the Week, her adoption fee is reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply. Learn about all the benefits of a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.

Come see Tina and all of her friends looking for their new homes at the King County Pet Adoption Center, 21615 64th Ave. S. in Kent. Adoption hours are weekdays noon to 5 p.m. and weekends noon to 4 p.m. You can also see profiles of our adoptable pets at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet.
