Looking pretty as a petal is Flower, our Pet of the Week!
This young pittie girl has a huge personality and a lot of favorite activities, one of which is going on walks and exploring! Flower also loves to play fetch and will bark to let you know to throw her toy, though she sometimes doesn’t bring it back. She is full of energy and loves to play.
Since she’s one of our “Rambunctious Reds,” Flower does best when she gets lots of exercise and something to keep her mind busy. Flower is interested in other dogs, but may be too intrusive and pushy for some. If you have other dogs, they should meet Flower before she gets adopted. It does take some time for Flower to adjust to new people and places, but Flower’s dedicated caregivers have worked hard to socialize her and she has come a long way!
Flower would do best in an adults-only home, and with an owner who has experience with undersocialized dogs. This spirited girl has a fun-loving personality and is ready for her forever home! Flower is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. You can find out more about Flower on our website, www.kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet, or meet her in person at the King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent.
