Pet of the Week: Clark
Meet Clark, our Pet of the Week!
This young German Shepherd mix was brought in by a good Samaritan in early March. Clark is an affectionate, goofy guy with lots of love to give! When people talk to him, Clark tilts his head to the side to try and understand what you are saying. It’s one of his many cute and endearing qualities!
Clark is considered a large breed dog. He’s full of energy and loves to play! Because he’s so energetic, Clark is one of our “Rambunctious Red” personality pets. He tends to stay calmer when the people around him are calm. He does best when he has lots of exercise and something to keep his mind busy. Clark is still working on his manners, so he would do best with a family who is willing to help him become the best dog he can be.
Are you ready to explore the Pacific Northwest with Clark? He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Since Clark is our Pet of the Week, his adoption fee has been reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply. Visit kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet to learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license.
Clark has many friends also waiting for their forever homes. See their profiles at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet or meet them in person at the Pet Adoption Center, 21615 64th Ave. S. in Kent. Adoption hours are noon to 5 p.m. weekdays, and noon to 4 p.m. weekends. If you have questions, contact RASKC at 206-296-7387 (PETS) or email pets@kingcounty.gov.
