Spring is when the robins appear – and so does our Pet of the Week Robin!
This young German Shepherd dog was brought in by his previous owner in early February because they could no longer provide the care he needs and deserves. Robin was adopted once, but came back to us because he didn’t get along with other animals in the home.
Robin is a pretty laid back guy, although he does have a Rambunctious Red personality since he would prefer to be the only pet in your home. Caregivers at RASKC have also noticed that Robin is very treat motivated. While he may be a little shy at first, you can quickly win him over with food! Due to his nature, Robin would do best in a calm and quiet home.
Robin is still working on his manners, so he would do best with a family that can work with him and help him become the best dog he can be. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Since he is our Pet of the Week, Robin’s adoption fee is reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply. Learn about all the benefits of pet licensing at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
