Graduating from: Garfield High School (Seattle)
RASKC Teams: Fostering and RASKC Cat-Care Teams at Kirkland Petco & Tukwila Petco
How your graduation experience will be unique due to the pandemic: “It will be in person, but I wouldn’t have as many people come.”
Hoping this will continue post-pandemic: “I want to continue volunteering at the animal shelters. It’s like a part-time job.”
Most proud of in the last year or two: “Graduating and volunteering. Since I am autistic and have arthritis, it hasn’t always been easy… but I did it!”
Looking forward to: “Playing skullgirls, jackbox games and watching the cuphead show and the rugrats reboot.”
What’s next: “Who knows?”
Most memorable volunteering experience: “I adopted my two cats and I got to keep one of the kittens I fostered.”
Advice to new RASKC volunteers: “Always give the pets lots of love and attention.”
Will you volunteer after graduation? Yes.
Fun fact: “My mom likes to mention that I have more than 2,100 subscribers on my YouTube channel – msyukizomesorangejuice.”
