Pet of the Week: Bullet

Look fast because here comes Bullet, our Pet of the Week!

This nine-year-old boy came to RASKC because the people in his previous home couldn’t keep up with his active lifestyle. He lived in a home with children, but would prefer older kids who can respect him and his space, or an adults-only home. His previous owner described Bullet as active, gentle, and loving.

Even though he’s a bit older, Bullet still has the energy of a puppy! His personality color is “Easy Going Green,” meaning he’s an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow. Bullet is outgoing and carefree, and just can’t wait to find a forever home!

Since he’s so full of energy, you’ll need to keep an eye on him – Bullet tries to escape out of the yard when he’s not being watched. He loves trips to the dog park and plays great with other big dogs. And if you need a hiking buddy, Bullet is always up for a good tromp through the woods! He’s also a very smart boy who knows sit, bark, smile, thank you, and shake!

Can you give a home to this handsome pup? Bullet is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice, and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. And since Bullet is our Pet of the Week, his adoption fee is waived! (A pet license fee may still apply.)

Visit Bullet or other furry friends virtually on our website at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet. Note that RASKC is still doing adoptions by appointment only. Visit our website to make a reservation, or contact us by phone at 206-296-7387 (PETS) or email pets@kingcounty.gov.
