Pet of the Week: Rudolph
No shiny red nose, but he still shines in our eyes – meet Rudolph, our Pet of the Week!
This six-year-old shorthair orange tabby is available at our Eastside Pet Adoption Center inside the Kirkland Petco. His personality color is “Bashful Blue,” meaning he is a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow.
Rudolph has been very shy since coming to us in early December. He would love to find a quiet family who will be very patient with him and give him time to come out of his shell. This handsome boy just needs someone to show him how nice it is to be loved! Rudolph had some dental issues when he arrived, so he had a full procedure with extractions in mid-December. His teeth are feeling much better now, though he may need further dental work in the future.
Rudolph has met other cats at the shelter and seems to get along, so he may enjoy living with another cat. But, when meeting any other pets in his new home, he would do best with a slow introduction.
Rudolph is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. As with all our pets, his adopters will get a certificate for a free visit to the veterinarian of their choice and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. And new in 2020, we are waiving the adoption fee for our Pet of the Week! (Please note that a pet license fee may be required.)
