Pet of the Week: Bella

Say hello to Bella, our Pet of the Week!

This young pittie mix is very affectionate and outgoing. Bella was brought in by her previous family because they were moving and she couldn’t go with them. Since then, Bella has been in a RASKC foster home with another large dog and kids. She did great with the children, and even shared a bed with the other dog! We know she would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!

Bella doesn’t really enjoy cats and liked to chase them, so she would do best in a home with no kitties or other small animals. And while she does do well with other large dogs, she would still benefit from a slow introduction. It may even be a good idea for Bella to meet them before being brought to her new home. Feel free to ask us how to facilitate an introduction!

Bella was born with a medical condition that resulted in urinary incontinence. The staff at the Pet Adoption Center would be happy to talk to you more about that when you come visit Bella.

Bella has an “Easy Going Green” personality, meaning she is an adaptable, outgoing and carefree dog who loves to go with the flow! She can’t wait to find her forever home. Could it be with you?

Bella is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice, and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion.

You can find out more about Bella on our website at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet. We hope to see you soon!
