We’d like to introduce you to Gerti, our Pet of the Week!

This eight-year-old tortie is extremely affectionate and would love to curl right up in your lap. Her personality color is “Easy Going Green,” meaning she is a fun little lady who loves to go with the flow.

Gerti adores being around people and just loves to rub her cheeks on your hands. She has a gentle and calm personality and will make a fantastic cuddle buddy for her lucky new adopter.

Although it doesn’t seem to bother her much, Gerti does have a history of lameness in her rear right leg. She may benefit from joint supplements or other medication. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to discuss Gerti’s needs and history with you when you visit.

Gerti is spayed, current on vaccinations and microchipped. Her adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice, and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion.
