Pet of the Week: Lola

Looking for the purr-fect companion? Let us introduce you to Lola, our Pet of the Week!

This young, affectionate lovebug would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home! Lola’s personality color is “Easy Going Green,” meaning she is an adaptable cat who loves to go with the flow. Lola is also very outgoing and carefree, and can’t wait to find her forever home! Her signature accessory is a little collar with a flower on it – it makes her look extra cute and adorable!

Lola has tested positive for FeLV, or feline leukemia virus. Cats with FeLV can still live fulfilling lives, but a little extra care may be required. She will need to be an indoor-only kitty, and either be an only cat or live with other FeLV-positive cats.

Lola is a very sweet and easy cat who would love to find her fur-ever family! She is spayed, litter box trained, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion.

You can find out more about Lola on our website, www.kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet, or visit her and her friends at the King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent.
