Angel Fund Success Story: Plum
Plum came into the Pet Adoption Center as a four-week-old kitten. She was placed in foster care, and her foster parent noticed she was limping.
Vets discovered Plum had luxating patella, a condition where the kneecap moves out of its normal position. Using donated funds, RASKC paid for orthopedic surgery for Plum, at a cost of more than $800.
Today, Plum is happy and healthy in her new adoptive home. She runs and plays like any other cat, and shows no signs of ever having a problem.
Donations to our Angel Fund help pay for medical treatment for pets like Plum. Will you be one of our Angels and donate to Regional Animal Services of King County? Plum and her friends thank you for your generosity!
