Pet of the Week: Queenie

Don’t stop her now, Queenie is our Pet of the Week!

This female Brindle/Pit Bull mix dog is three years and seven months old. She exudes happiness, is “having a ball” and loves to roll around in the grass. Even though she’s 66 pounds and is considered a large breed dog, she loves cuddling and will try to crawl into your lap if you let her.

Queenie is treat motivated and knows how to sit. She may do best as the only dog in the home.

If you are looking for sweet girl with a silly side, Queenie is ready for you! She is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption comes with many benefits, including an invitation for Fetch Pet Insurance. Fetch offers the most comprehensive plan in North America with no restrictions on breed, age, or size. Together, RASKC and Fetch are making sure pets are happy and healthy in their new forever homes!

We have so many dogs, cats, rabbits, and other great pets like Queenie waiting to meet you – come see them all at the King County Pet Adoption Center! We’re located at 21615 64th Ave. S. in Kent. Adoption hours are noon to 5 p.m. weekdays and noon to 4 p.m. weekends. You can see all our available pets online anytime at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet.
