Pet of the Week: Rey

This “Rey” of sunshine is our Pet of the Week!

Rey is a three-year-old pittie who also goes by ReyRey. He is one of the sweetest boys you’ll ever meet! Rey can be a bit shy at first, but loves getting attention and scritches. He will lean into you and even sit on your lap once he’s comfortable with you.

Rey is not a picky eater – whether it’s dry food, wet food, or treats, he loves them all! He also loves playing in the yard, sniffing all there is to sniff, going on walks, and playing with his toys. Similar to his name, Rey also loves basking in the rays of the sun!

Rey would be the perfect dog for someone who lives a semi-active life but also loves being a couch potato sometimes. Anywhere his people are is where Rey wants to be! He keeps his kennel very clean, and gets very excited about his stuffies.

Would you like to make Rey’s day by adopting him? He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. As our Pet of the Week, Rey can go home with you for just $50, which includes a King County pet license (if applicable). Learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.

Adopting a pet from RASKC is always a great value. Along with a companion for life, dog adopters can get a $40 coupon toward training from our partners at Rover. All adopters can also benefit from enrolling their new friend in Fetch Pet Insurance. Fetch offers the most comprehensive plan in North America with no restrictions on breed, age, or size. Together, RASKC and Fetch are making sure pets are happy and healthy in their new forever homes!
