How your graduation experience will be unique due to the pandemic: “I have learned to adapt faster to new situations, doing things differently to how I used to do them, and learning new things as well.” 

Hoping this will continue post-pandemic: “I will continue to use more technology for my everyday life and schoolwork.” 

Most proud of in the last year or two: “I am proud of finishing high school and getting my Eagle Scout rank.” 

Looking forward to: “I am looking forward to traveling and visiting my grandparents.” 

What’s next: “I will be attending Seattle University in the fall, to study computer science.” 

Most memorable volunteering experience: “It was when I had to name two kittens who needed a name.” 

Advice to new RASKC volunteers: “Join the amazing team of volunteers! You will be so proud of yourself to give back, helping in such a worthy cause. Besides, you will enjoy being close to the pets.” 

Will you volunteer after graduation? “I would like to keep volunteering, but it will all depend on my schedule.” 

Fun fact: “We adopted our cat Simba (pictured) at Petco-Crossroads in 2016, and he has been the most pampered cat ever since.
