Pet of the Week: Figaro
We’re singing the praises of Figaro, our Pet of the Week!
This senior black and white boy is a shy and timid cat who likes to take things slow, so he’s one of our “Bashful Blue” personality pets. However, with just a little time, Figaro will be a devoted friend!
He loves to be pet behind his head and on his chin. Figaro has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). Cats with FIV can still live long, fulfilling lives, but some extra care may be required. The staff and volunteers at RASKC will be happy to discuss Figaro’s needs with you when you visit.
Figaro is litter box trained, neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Also, because September is National Preparedness Month, everyone who adopts a pet from RASKC this month can get an emergency kit starter pack compliments of RASKC and King County Emergency Management.
You can find out more about Figaro on our website at kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet, or visit him in person at our center in Kent.
