WAGS: Patron’s Special Outing!
A special thanks to volunteer Sharon K. for taking Patron out for a WAGS adventure at Seward Park. Sharon and Patron had a great time together!
From Sharon:
“This Saturday I took Patron for a 2.5 hour outing to Seward Park, and to my home. In the park we walked on quiet trails, and around picnic/play areas. People, dogs, scooters, bikes, a bunny, children playing ball – Patron saw them all and was cool as a cucumber! He is alert and observant, but not reactive. He’s wonderful on a leash, walking at my side, whatever my pace. He loved laying in the grass and having a good roll around! He met my husband and a friend. He was not shy and gladly accepted pets and a belly rub.”
