Affectionate, playful Dobbie is our Pet of the Week!

This young boy came to us from another shelter a few weeks ago. Dobbie is energetic and LOVES to play! Lasers, wands, ropes, you name it – he will play with it! That’s why he’s one of our “Rambunctious Red” pets – he’s a spirited cat with a fun-loving personality.

Dobbie is FIV+, a virus that only affects cats. Cats with this condition live long, healthy, happy lives with proper veterinary care. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to talk to you about Dobbie’s care needs when you visit.

Although he is super affectionate, Dobbie prefers if it is on his own terms. He can get overstimulated with petting, so his family will need to move carefully and keep an eye out for signs that he might need a break.

Dobbie is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee includes a certificate for a free veterinary exam and the option of 30 days of free pet insurance through Trupanion.
