Pet of the Week: Ace
We’re kicking off Love-a-Bull Month with Ace, our Pet of the Week!
This young pittie is a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality. He’s still working on his manners, so his color is “Rambunctious Red.”
Ace’s previous owner described him as outgoing, loving, and playful. Since he might not get along with other dogs, Ace may do best as an only dog or need to meet other dogs in the home first. He would do best with a family with older children willing to work with him and help him become the best dog he can be!
Along with being very handsome, Ace is a very smart dog! He already knows “sit,” “stay,” “come,” “down,” and “shake.”
Valentine’s Day is coming up soon, and Ace is an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home. Since he’s still a youngster, he’s full of energy and loves to play. Ace tends to calm down more when the people around him stay calm, and does best when he has lots of exercise and something to keep his active mind busy.
Ace is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. During our special February Love-a-Bull promotion, the adoption fee on pit bulls and pit bull mixes is waived! And as always when you adopt from RASKC, you get a free initial visit with a veterinarian and the option of 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion.
Find out more about Ace at our website, www.kingcounty.gov/AdoptAPet or visit him in person at the King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent.
