This sweet Cookie is our Pet of the Week!

Our nine-year-old tortie is a calm and affectionate kitty. Cookie is gentle and loving and likes to take things slow, so we’ve tagged her as one of our “Bashful Blue” pets. Cookie may get nervous in new situations, and is looking for a family who understands she may need some time to warm up. But, once she gets to know you, Cookie will be a devoted friend!

Cookie was brought in by her previous owner because she didn’t always use the litter box. She lived in a home with a dog, and this could be one reason why. Because of her shy nature, Cookie would do best in a calm and quiet home. She likes getting attention on her own terms and may get a bit overstimulated with petting, so keep an eye out for signs she may need a break. Otherwise, this affectionate lovebug would be thrilled to cuddle with you at home!

Cookie is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion.
