Perky Papillion is our Pet of the Week!

This nine-year-old Rat Terrier mix, also known as Papi, can’t wait to find his forever home! He’s outgoing and carefree – one of our “Easy-Going Green” pets. Papi is an adaptable dog who goes with the flow, and he’s also a very smart boy. Papi already knows how to “sit,” “come,” and “down.”

Papillion is full of energy and loves to play, but he tends to calm down when people around him stay calm. He does best when he has lots of exercise and something to keep his mind busy. Papillion also does well with other dogs. However, when meeting dogs in his new home, he would do best with a slow introduction.

Papi is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion. Plus, until October 31, we’re taking $50 off dog adoption fees to celebrate Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, thanks to our friends at Lagunitas Brewing Company and Best Friends Animal Society.
