Pet Update: Koda
We love hearing from our RASKC alumni! This story comes from Gail, who adopted from us in early May.
I just wanted to send a small update on Koda (now named Corona) that was adopted on May 8. We’ve had her for almost two months now and she’s been nothing but a delight. Energetic, curious, and extremely intelligent, Corona has been a great addition to our home. She loves her long walks and getting to meet and make new human and dog friends every weekend and has learned so many new tricks and commands since entering our home. She can now do puppy push ups (sit and lay down repeated), hand shakes, stay, wait, and come on command. She’s full of sass waking each of us up in the morning with a paw to the face but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Corona loves to chew and play tugg-o-war so she has an endless pile of toys from rope to rubber squeakers that she loves to chew on as soon as we get home.
We’re so happy we made the decision to stop by the shelter on that day while we were moving because we couldn’t imagine a home without her at this point. Thanks for making this adoption happen!
Thank you Gail, and Happy Tails!
