Carter is an eight-year-old Shih Tzu. This sweet guy loves meeting new people and is good on a leash. He is also calm and quiet, and would love to be part of an equally calm home.

He has some minor health issues that require medication and a special grain-free diet. The staff and volunteers at the Pet Adoption Center will be happy to talk to you about Carter’s needs when you stop by.
