Lilian and her husband, Bob, have been been providing love and care to foster pets for over 15 years! They are among our longest serving and most dedicated volunteers. As Seattle residents, they are also active with Seattle Humane and also Seattle Animal Shelter. They often trek down to Kent largely due to their joy in working with Foster Care Coordinator Lori Mason. Born in the Philippines as a Gemini, Lilian grew up in Tacoma with a deep love for dogs. A proud University of Washington grad, Lilian worked for more than 28 years for King County’s Treasury Department, where she recently retired from. Lilian often serves as event co-chair for RASKC volunteer gatherings. And she is a Zumba instructor. Read our Q&A with her below:
