Pet of the Week: Mabel
Make memories with Mabel, our Pet of the Week!
This two-year-old pittie mix girl was brought in to us by her previous owner earlier this month. At 62 pounds, she’s considered a large breed dog.
Mabel’s previous owner described her as loving and playful. Caretakers at RASKC agree: she is sweet and affectionate! Mabel loves playing with her stuffies. While she can be shy at first, with patience (and treats!) Mabel comes around quickly!
Because of her shy nature, Mabel would do best in a calm, quiet home with adults only, or with older children. She could also benefit from losing a few pounds, so lots of exercise and a healthy balanced diet will be good for her.
Are you ready to meet this awesome girl? Mabel is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. During our “Luck of the Dog” adoption special this month, you can take her home for just $50, which includes a King County pet license (if applicable). Learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
Adopting a pet from RASKC is always a great value. Along with a companion for life, dog adopters can get a $40 coupon toward training from our partners at Rover. All adopters can also benefit from enrolling their new friend in Fetch Pet Insurance. Fetch offers the most comprehensive plan in North America with no restrictions on breed, age, or size. Together, RASKC and Fetch are making sure pets are happy and healthy in their new forever homes!
