Pet of the Week: Monocle

Keep your eye on Monocle, our Pet of the Week!

This two-year-old pittie mix boy has a cute tan patch on his left eye – that’s why he’s named Monocle! At 66 pounds, he’s considered a large breed dog.

Monocle is very outgoing and loves to play. He does well with dogs his own size, as Monocle is a “full contact” player. He’s also very smart, and already knows some basic commands like “sit” and “down.” Monocle is food motivated, so that will help him with learning even more!

If you’re ready to fall in love with this handsome boy, he’s ready for you! Monocle is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a rebate on training from Rover. Because he’s our Pet of the Week, Monocle’s adoption fee is reduced, but a pet license fee may still apply. Learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
