Pet of the Week: Copo
Tip your cap to Copo, our Pet of the Week!
This five-year-old pittie boy came to the Pet Adoption Center as a stray. At 63 pounds, he’s considered a medium to large breed dog.
We don’t know a lot about Copo’s previous life. What we do know is that he’s a simple boy with simple desires: food, scritches, and LOTS of love! He has a laid-back personality and doesn’t seem to get flustered about much. Copo is happy and outgoing, and always ready for his next meal or adventure!
When Copo came to us, he had some skin issues, likely caused by allergies. His skin has improved, but he will need to be monitored for future flare-ups. Copo is taking medication for his allergies, and it is helping. He also has a mild ear infection that still requires medication and monitoring. Copo may need additional care for these conditions after adoption, so be sure to follow up with your regular veterinarian.
Can you give Copo the loving home he deserves? He is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a lifetime discount on online training from GoodPup. As our Pet of the Week, Copo’s adoption fee is reduced, but a pet license fee may apply. Learn about all the benefits that come with a King County pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
