Featured Pet: Max
Meet Max – the ultimate sunshine buddy!
This senior Labrador Retriever was brought in by a good Samaritan in late March. At 82 pounds, he’s considered a large breed dog.
Max may be older, but he’s still as spunky as ever! He’s very outgoing and loving. He can be vocal when he wants your attention. His favorite things are wet food, scritches, and outdoor adventures.
Max is potty trained and knows many commands like “sit,” “lay down,” “come,” and “wait.” He did well when meeting another dog about his size. So, caretakers think Max will do well with another dog in his fur-ever home. As always, a slow, careful introduction is best.
Max is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a lifetime discount on online training from GoodPup. His adoption fee is reduced, and a pet license fee may apply. Learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
