Pet of the Week: Duke
Introducing Duke, our Pet of the Week!
This three-year-old pittie boy is ready to find his fur-ever home. At about 50 pounds, Duke is considered a large breed dog.
Duke is a busy boy with a LOT of energy! He’s very active, and would love a home where he can spend a lot of time outdoors. He’s extremely food motivated and very smart – so teaching him new tricks should be a breeze.
Duke can be “jumpy,” which could overwhelm small children or people not used to handling larger dogs. He’s still working on his manners, so Duke would do best in a home where his people are willing to work with him to become the best dog he can be.
Can you give Duke the loving home he craves? He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a lifetime discount on online training from GoodPup. Since Duke is our Pet of the Week, his adoption fee is reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply.
