Pet of the Week: Duke
Tip your hat to Duke, our Pet of the Week!
This four-year-old pittie boy is looking for a home to call his own. At about 60 pounds, he’s considered a large breed dog.
Duke is a sweet, goofy boy who loves to play in the yard. He will quickly win you over with his adorable snorts!
Duke is also very smart, and is learning his commands like sit, stay, shake, and come. Caregivers have noted that he seems to do well with other dogs. When meeting dogs in his new home, a slow introduction would be best.
Come visit Duke soon! He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a lifetime discount on online training from GoodPup. Since Duke is our Pet of the Week, his adoption fee is reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply. Learn about all the benefits that come with a King County pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
