Pet of the Week: Koa
Who’s a good boy? Koa is a good boy – and he’s our Pet of the Week!
This five-year-old pittie came to the Pet Adoption Center as a stray. At 60 pounds, he’s considered a large breed dog.
Koa has sweet, soulful eyes that are impossible to resist! He’s very playful, especially with stuffies. He’s also a total treat hound! He’ll do almost anything for a delicious snack.
Koa is a spirited boy who is still working on his manners, so he will need to be with people who are willing to work with him to become the best dog he can be. He would do best in an adults-only home, without small children, as his enthusiasm could overwhelm them.
This handsome boy with the adorable underbite would love to find a home that fits his personality. He is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet health insurance through Trupanion and a lifetime discount on online training from GoodPup. Since he’s our Pet of the Week, Koa’s adoption fee has been reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply.
