Pet of the Week: Hunter
No need to “hunt” anymore for a great companion – here’s Hunter, our Pet of the Week!
This gorgeous two-year-old boy was brought in by one of our animal control officers in early September. Hunter is very affectionate once he gets to know you, and who can resist those bright eyes? He can be sensitive to handling, so we think Hunter would do best with a cat-savvy family that knows when to give him some space. Hunter has a “Rambunctious Red” personality, and can be timid at first. He may need some time to warm up to new situations, but once he does he’s happy to show you how wonderful he can be!
We think Hunter could be the purr-fect pet for the right people – maybe you? He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, litterbox trained, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Since Hunter is our Pet of the Week, his adoption fee has been reduced, though a pet license fee may still apply. Visit kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet to learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license.
We have dozens of great pets like Hunter waiting for their fur-ever homes – why not stop by today? The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave. S. in Kent.
