Pet of the Week: Blitz
Just in time for football season, our Pet of the Week Blitz wants to join your team!
This young Siberian Husky is looking for a new home. At almost 50 pounds, he’s considered a large-sized dog. Like all Huskies, Blitz is smart and determined. He has shown signs of being a fence-jumper and escape artist, so having a secure home and yard will be a must for his adopters. Blitz is still working on his doggie manners and basic commands, so he will need people who can work with him to become the best dog he can be.
Blitz has an “Easy Going Green” personality – he loves people, but seems indifferent to other dogs and chooses to ignore them. While he’s not big on treats, Blitz loves a good squeaky toy.
Are you ready to “tackle” Blitz? He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion. Because he’s our Pet of the Week, Blitz’s adoption fee has been reduced, but a pet license fee may still apply. Learn about all the benefits that come with a pet license at kingcounty.gov/LicenseMyPet.
